I organised to have Flick visit my house on Saturday 21st of November. They were meant to turn up between 8am and 12pm. They didn't. I got a phone call at 1pm. They left a message saying there rep's car had broken down and they couldn't make it. They said they'd call on Monday and arrange another date. They didn't. I left a message on their website asking why they weren't interested in my business. They didn't respond. I was a customer for 8 years before this. I'm now looking for another pest control company who can fill up a Termite barrier. All they have to do is show up when they're booked to show up and they're in.
Very please with Will, just today he sprayed our house. It's the first time ever we have had someone climb right into our roof space and inspect the cavity thoroughly for pests. The best we have used ever.

Excellent service. Ethan G was very pleasant, polite and thorough and managed to capture a possum, which had taken up residence in my mother's roof space for 8 months, within 1 day. Another pest control company had not even looked in the roof space but charged mum for 6 months leaving baits to get rid of rats which did not exist....so pleased I contacted Flick.
