I cannot recommend Basix Plastix tanks high enough. Got the tanks on time, staff went way above and beyond to get it ready for us. The delivery driver Peter was outstandingly helpful. Great product helps too.

Could not recommend Glenn and Basix more highly - so knowledgeable and helpful! Our water tank pump that came with our new house (not installed by Basix and a different brand) stopped working over the Christmas break. We had no idea what was wrong and tried numerous places for help, however as mentioned, this happened at the worse possible time (over Christmas). By sheer luck we rang Basix and Glenn answered - even though it wasn't one of their pumps, he asked us to send through photos from our phone and helped us with trouble shooting. After that he also recommended who we could contact to get it looked at (and even sent through contact details to our phone). Outstanding customer service from Glenn - cannot recommend more highly!
