Requested quote for a battery to be added to my two week old system. Told that the battery I wanted added can't be fitted to my system. (I know this is incorrect but listened to the spin anyway). Turns out the brand they use is Tesla, 15k for supply and fit. Absolutely ridiculous. Be careful.

Quoting stage very responsive, no support after installation. 6.6kw system with two batteries. House blackout & no support to contact. Eventually got onto the installation Electrican who came out after hours to sort the problem out. Company needs a support contract person. I went local because I thought the out of town companies would have little to no support when needed. Happy with the reduction in power bill from the system.
Highly recommend these local guys, great pre sales, great after service so far. Had some minor issues and they had their installer back and issue resolved. Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.
Aztech Solar did a great job from the quoting right through to the installation. The salesman was very knowledgeable and made every effort to ensure the system was sized to my requirements and all of my queries answered. The system I decided to go with was very competitively priced. The installation actually started within the estimated 2 to 3 week wait period that I was made aware of from the start. The installation team did a fantastic job, paying attention to detail and ensuring everything installed to a high standard and was neat and tidy. I would recommend Aztech Solar to anyone seeking to install a system
No complaints with the installation but is one of the worst after sales experience i have had. Our summer results were great, about a 70% reduction in the bill but once winter hit, it was like like we had no panels and our bills quickly went back to pre-solar levels! Had to chase the company 3 times to get a follow up call and the only explanation was that it was our 80 year old trees fault!. We queried why the panels were not placed to be more accommodating for that or if we could have more panels added in a different area to pick up the slack, but all our concerns were dismissed, the sales person was actually very arrogant and rude. Eventually he agreed to organise a quote to have some of the panels relocated to a better position (rather than directly under the tree!), that was 3 weeks ago and you guessed it crickets..... I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company, if things don't go to plan they will just leave you in the lurch.
I have just had my 7.9kw REC solar and SMA system installed coupled with Solar Analytics. I couldn’t be happier. I am just awaiting my meter to be configured for net metering to maximize financial benefits. It’s a great performing system and it’s awesome to be able to log into the Solar Analytics App to see real time consumption/generation data. I chose Aztech for the very competitive price I was given as well as the customer service. Another installer provided a similar quote but their customer service was poor. Needless to say they didn’t get the job. Aztech were great, providing quick quotes and once I chose them, got the ball rolling fast with a quick install. After sales communication/service has also been great with a couple of required follow up emails. Cheers. EDIT AFTER MY FIRST BILL (and a winter bill too) My solar has turned a 400 bill average for winter into a 13 credit. Awesome. Thanks.
We had our 7.9kw system installed last week by Aztech Solar and I'm one happy girl! The process was all very smooth from sales to installation. Bryce in sales visited our home and was quick to get back to me on any questions I had (and I had a few!). I was notified of an install date prior via text message. Kyan and his team of installers were punctual, friendly, tidy, helpful and did an awesome job. Arslan has also been helpful with after sales questions. So happy with the results so far, and with my choice of products and installer.
