Lock down saviours. Placed an order Wednesday after 12pm. Received it Thursday morning before 11am. Less than 24hrs turn around time. Absolutely fantastic service. One of the quickest computer purchases I've ever made. Certainly wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys next time.

Cannot complain about any experience I've had here. I'm particular and don't go in unless I've made a purchase online or know exactly what I'm after before going in. I feel it suits a majority of those who shop here. Good range of products and team have a vast wealth of knowledge and are always able to support if you do have any questions. The guys here are great at what they do. Really helpful with those who aren't huge on knowledge about computers, luckily i have researched after speaking with these guys and i kmow what to do. Great selection on all pc products and if they don't have in stock they usually recommend a perfect alternative.
Great selection for your custom build. Their website is great to build your pc. I picked up from the Bentley store where the staff were very helpful. They were patient with some nokb questions and helped sort out a few things on phone, and on pick-up were friendly and went through the build.

Appear to have a lot of stock and have managed to deliver 4 computers for my business in the last year - albeit only 1 was delivered within the timeframe originally specified. I do question the legality of their return policy - in one instance, they sold me an item that wasn't compatible with the computer (even though they suggested it). When I tried to return it, two options were provided - purchase a compatible equivalent from them...which was 100 more and a week long wait time OR accept store credit. They refused to provide a refund. In another instance, I tried to return an item they sold to me on their advice - turns out I DIDN"T need it yet they wouldn't accept the return even though it hadn't been used. I would suggest shopping around for a business that values their clients - particularly ones that spend that much money there.
