Decent club and all but it’s gotta put more effort in it’s development squad as the years I’ve spent haven’t been the best. We were treated as inferiors when it came to pitch allocations for both training and games.

One of the fairest clubs I've ever come across. Doesn't matter if you're State League, Ams, Metros, Women's teams, Youth development or Juniors - everyone treated the equally. Pitch space usually allocated based on training numbers and with U16-18's not the most consistent/low numbers, perhaps this is the reason you didn't the space you wanted.
Great club, best location and people that are easy to get along with!
