I took my mum to purchase a Walker/Rollator and we were immediately greeted with a warm, friendly face. Ana provided us with professional and friendly service, giving us great advice and practical tips. She even went out of her way to help us adjust my mum’s favourite walking stick that she had on her. I highly recommend Able Medilink to anyone looking for high quality service and wide range of products.

Great store for those that need help with mobility... Wheelchairs, crutches and other aids. Have come here to hire and buy many times now for myself and my grandparents. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff especially Ana, great range and reasonable prices. Customer service was excellent, parking was easy and public transport in abundance with train and buses around the corner. Highly recommend!!
People are quick to complain about bad service BUT I’d like to say the sales lady at Able Medilink Bentleigh was very help and pleasant in my purchases of a walking stick and later a toilet chair. I drove 2 hours to the store want to buy a walker for my parents. Staff Ana explained the products in English and Chinese. It’s amazing, her Chinese is very good, the explanation is very helpful.customer service is very good. When she understood the current physical condition of my parents, She gave me professional and correct advice, eventually I chose the products I really needed for my parents. Lovely service! Great range of products that cater for a lot of needs, staff are absolutely amazing, very patient and knowledgeable. The store also has access to parking and a lot of public transport which is very convenient. Highly recommend!
