I was excited for my daughter to have her first horse riding experience, Although i wish i had of read the reviews before going. Not very clean, heaps of flies everywhere, it does seem to be run by kids as previous posts suggest. Not to mention the smart arse comments from the owner to anybody that has had something to say. Not a real good way to build a business. I wont be returning and advising other people to not consider it. Thanks for your time

My 4yo daughter started riding lessons with Chantelle 6 months ago and has made amazing progress in that time. Chantelle has an amazing ability to deliver the lesson in a fun and engaging way that relates to the age of the rider and I am happy to make the 1.5 hours each way weekly drive for that very reason. My 9yo son had a fall a couple of years ago but agreed to join his little sister on a half day camp where he went from an incredibly nervous little boy to smiling from ear to ear at the end of the session. His favourite part of the day was the little trail ride through the back streets of Bensville and can't wait to attend the full day camp next holidays.

Both my daughters have attending this riding school my eldest is now 17 and has stopped riding but loved her time there. My youngest is 7 and still goes every week and loves every aspect of the school, Chantelle is patient and professional with her.

BRS is an Amazing place to go too, been going for years now and love it so much, the horses are beautiful and it’s a very tidy wonderful place to retreat to. Chantelle and everyone are all so nice and it’s extremely hard to say one bad thing about this place. Would extremely recommend

My daughter and I love Bensville Riding school. I learnt to ride as a kid with BRS and now get to have private lessons with my daughter. All the lesson ponies have such a beautiful temperament and are well cared for. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable. The facility is clean and very Covid safe.

Couldn’t recommend Bensville Riding School more! Lessons and trail rides are fantastic, facilities are very well maintained and clean, horses are all so friendly, staff is lovely!!

Seems to be ran by kids, very disorganised, only 20mins on the pony for 33 per child. Everywhere needs a good clean. So many flies.

Run by children. (Approx 10yr olds) Not even kidding, not a single adult spoke to us the entire time. Not only were the horses being mistreated by the children (smacked on the face for no reason) and yanking the bridle with the metal bit harshly down, but no girth checks or instructions were given. I had to fix my own stirrups while in saddle and help instruct my partner who had no previous experience. (The basics like how to stop and turn). The “trail” consisted of being led by one of the children on foot through streets. At one point they led us on the wrong side of the street approaching a crest. I had to take the initiative and yell to everyone to get off the road moments before a car flew over the hill towards us. My only regret is not leaving before the trail started. What an unsafe way to run your business. I stress for the riders and horses well being.
