Terrible service, no one in store and the both staff members were engrossed in their computer. Quickly referrwd me to another section.on the store where is was served by another indifferent employer. Certainly won't be back.

Be careful when making purchases and taking advice from staff. They make mistakes and refused to return the wrong product in breach of consumer law. They will try to hustle you on your legal refund. Don't listen to them call fair trading.

This is the only one store where supply the office products in Blue mountain. And the staffs were so friendly. If there a problem, the cost would be quite higher than the city place like the office work in Sydney.

Refused to take equipment back under warranty, even though it was clearly a warranty issue. Very poor attitude, I felt scared and humiliated when the manager with the big ego belittled me in front of other customers. I later heard others had similar experiences. Shop elsewhere. I think 1 star rating is too high for them. I now go to Officeworks in Penrith where I get treated with respect, never have to return anything under warranty and the prices are much cheaper.

Great service, two gentlemen in the store (can’t remeber there names) helped immensely regarding the NBN and third party modems, saving me a lot of money in the process, as per their recommendations I checked out some other ISP’s who would better suit my needs and they led me to a gold mine. Great service. Great insight.
