Brad sold me the wrong unit for my circumstances. The flue has been blocked within two months, my house is freezing cold and he refuses to take any responsibility for the misrepresentation of the product. Clearly doesn't care about his customers or know his business. So amazingly disappointed in an investment I had saved for many years and now find myself having to replace at my own expense leaving me both cold and out of pocket. Do not shop here.
