The staff were absolutely fantastic! We went in looking for a bed suite (mainly sizing) and picked out the perfect one. We were given all of the payment options upfront (Afterpay, lay-by etc.) We ended up getting a lay-by, and was given realistic times for it to be delivered (covid delays included). We had a look online but they don't always show the whole bed. The staff member that we had told us about all of the options that came with the frame (gas lift or drawers) and also found that there would be a new addition to the suite that wasn't online yet (didn't end up getting it though). All in all was a great experience and highly recommend the business, and would recommend going in with a style you like to speak with the staff about it, rather than online where you can't always see the different styles of furniture.

Extremely helpful. Social distancing practice's adheard to. Lovely shop with plenty to choose from. I found them a little pricey on some things. Wait for a Sale, as I have noticed they are a Genuine sale.
Walked in the door looking for a bed with a ladder for my son, was told off twice by who I assume was the owner sipping on he’s coffee! Not allowed to touch or test out the beds so decided to go elsewhere, beds r us are much more helpful and friendly! Would only recommend snooze if you enjoyed being followed and told off by a cranky old men!!!

Sold me a bedroom suite and mattress that both turned out to have several problems, then wouldn't take responsibility for the problems and instead suggested that I buy more of their stuff.
I found all the staff to be super friendly and helpful. Its clear they know the products they sell. Store is clean and inviting also which is nice.
