Nice looking store but everything is either imported or from interstate. So disappointed that local products are not stocked in local stores, when will retailers understand, I can buy the same stuff on Amazon etc, I buy local to support local business. Particular comments to the Australia cocktail syrups made with 0% Aussie ingredients. Was ignored for 10 mins, but service when prompted was gold

A great homewares and furniture store! After purchasing there during a stay at Bendigo, I made the trip up from Melbourne just to make another purchase (occasional chair), then back to Melbourne straight after. So, with the never ending array of homeware stores in Melbourne, it says something about Oliver Birch!. Also the staff are very helpful and spend time making sure you are happy with your purchase. Oh, and the furniture is made locally which is another reason to go there. I received my chair today, and love it!
The BEST customer service ever! I had been searching for a specific rug FOR EVER and I came across the Oliver Birch website. Called them, Eliza could not have been more helpful, took photos and sent them through to me so I could make a considered online purchase, organised delivery, wow wow wow I have not had service like that in a very long time! Thanks Oliver Birch I will totally be coming to check you out when I come to Bendigo!
