Super impressed and pleasantly surprised with the exceptional customer service I received today. Placed a click & collect order, product was ready promptly. When I picked it a staff member walked it out to the car & helped me load the car.

Christmas is under a week away and the que to the front was long with everyone wanting prints done. The employees were working so hard going from prints to serving. I don't think I heard their photo printer stop. I was missing a few photos from my online order for pick up. the lady behind the desk did an amazing job looking for it. Unfortunately none of the missing photos actually printed. I thought I brought my USB but didn't; Lucky the lady had the file saved for me (from my online order) this saved me a trip back to my home. Thank you so much guys!

Purchased a couple desks and office chairs as well as various other supplies for our home office, staff were very helpful. Car park can be a pain during busy periods but overall a great store.
