Fantastic customer service. Was helped with picking out a frame I liked and shown what my print would look like with mount board. They asked if I needed it urgently. It was ready to pick up in two hours of me dropping my print off. Very pleased with the turnaround time and the quality of the framing.

This is my 2nd experience of the wonderful service 'Bendigo City Framers' provides: I was assisted with the choosing of two frames by a warm and friendly worker who has a very creative and artistic eye - the frames and borders she helped me choose were beautiful- and - upon receiving the completed painting and photo - even more stunning than when I had left the aforesaid in 'Bendigo Framers' VERY capable hands. I love their work - their service is creative, friendly, time and cost effective - and the end result is exquisite - highly recommended! Thank you!

Absolutely HORRID!! No service, no care, incompetent, rude. These "framers" took our print to be reframed & glassed. After 2 weeks, we collected & paid the 240.00. The supporting wire on the rear of frame was put in the wrong place, too high. The print was returned & another hanging wire was placed on the rear of the print. After rehanging this print on the wall, the two top corner joins opened up. This print was returned to the "framer" who stated that it possibly needed a wider frame!!!!! TWO MONTHS later it has still not been fixed!!!!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!
