Purchased our car about 2 years now love it. No problems with it. Did not purchase the warranty it seems worthless anyways. Make sure u get a test drive from somewhere before purchasing because Pickles Auction doesn’t allows test drives. The staff was so helpful, love their attitude and friendly service. Don’t go when it’s hot or summer cause it’s there’s no air con, it’s felt breathless and sweaty

Hi .... We just Purchased our 3rd Car from PICKLES at BELMORE. The Car is Perfect, cant find anything wrong with it. We have been working on our own Cars for about 30 years, so I had gone over this Car before purchase. I do advise that you must do your homework before purchasing. We bought our 1st 2 Cars around 2006,2007 both at Physical Auction, so you could go over the Cars before as much as you want and then Bid on the Cars you were interested in. We still have the 1st Car and it has 340,000 K's on it. Latest Car purchased as a Fixed Price Car, and at the moment i would not Buy at ONLINE AUCTION, as you cannot look over the Cars and once your the winning Bid, its yours, No Warranty, No 7 Day Cooling off, Nothing....if its a Lemon...its your Problem. FIXED PRICED CARS You can go over the Cars and check out everything(Not Drive) and I did. You have 7 Days to Return Car if not Happy. 3 Months Warranty if anything goes wrong. I cant emphasize enough if you know nothing about the mechanical side of Cars, bring someone with you who does....It will save a lot of stress later... A big Thank You to Alex who answered all my Questions about FIXED PRICE Cars and ONLINE Auctions, and to Stephen who processed the sale for me. I'll Be Back Bob

bought an auction car last week, it was a Honda Accord 2010 model. At first, i thought that the condition report was accurate, but after collecting the vehicle, there are some major problems for example the left rear passenger door couldn't be opened from the inside and there's a major problem with the wheel bearing. Large grinding sound happened while turning right and left. For future buyers or bidders, do please avoid this company, yeah, there are cheaper, but my customer service experience was really bad.
Have been purchasing cars from Pickles for years now, and have recently just purchased another, however have never purchased warranty. Due to Covid restrictions and not able to view the car we were purchasing, we did accept the recommendation of Warranty from Pickles. Within a week of purchase we had our car serviced and they found a major oil leak. Pickles have Nothing to do with or will they back the company they sold us our warrantee through - Which is worth nothing. They will not cover anything. Staff at Pickles have always been helpful, but regarding warranty - Very Disappointing. AWN is the company they outsource to. So if you desire to be ripped off, at least go directly to them and then Pickles wont charge commission as well. We have sent emails to both AWN and Pickles - not even a reply! Don't buy Pickles Warranty.
10/10 to Fiona and the team @ pickles. Purchased a car for my husband and the experience was so amazing I took my brother in law to get his new ride from there also. Not only did we acquire massive savings ,but the before and after sales service was exceptional. We never felt pressured and the attentiveness and professionalism of Fiona deserved this review. We had a small issue with my husbands vehicle after purchasing, and this was attended to and sorted immediately by the service team, the experience from beginning to end was painless and faultless. My brother in law also grabbed a bargain that he would have paid much more for anywhere else. I really can’t fault this place and I definitely won’t be going anywhere else or recommending anywhere else for future purchases of more vehicles. Keep up the good work guys, you’re truly an asset to the auto market! Thumbs up!!!
I went to Pickles to buy a car and sell a car. I tried a number of other places and found them excellent to work with. I did not end up buying a car from them but would have no hesitation and recommending them and would use them in the future.
