I went to see the 'Dietitian' who put me on Optifast. I bought all the Optifast shakes and soups. I only lasted 7 days on the Optifast programme. She said to come back in 4 weeks!! Seriously you obviously have never experienced being overweight!

I've been coming to thrive for years and I've always had the best experience from Chiro to a message, I've seen Bryan, Shawn, Daniel and Jamie and all of them have given me the best experience along with not being in pain for a couple of months. I had chronic tennis elbow in my right arm for over 5 years from torn muscles and tendons. Physiotherapy and cortisone did not fix the problem. I thought I was up the creek and I would have the injury for life. Bryan worked his magic and I am now pain free and back to 100% use of my arm within 6 months.
