I have experienced great service from these guys and most recently, Shaun was particularly helpful, friendly and provided outstanding customer service. I always check the Q-Store website to see if they have what I'm after because they deliver genuine customer service with good prices. Keep up the great work guys, it is genuinely appreciated.

I don't normally write reviews online, but honestly the staff at QStore take service to a completely different level. I've shopped with them quite a few times and every time I've been there they have been nothing but helpful. I have even had questions completely unrelated to the product I'm buying and they take the time to help you (extensively too). To put the cherry on top, last time I was there, I had driven all the way out there to pick up a Lyman Tumbler, unfortunately their power was out and the guys let me leave my details with them (and walk away with the tumbler) and they said they would sort out payment when their power was back online. Good luck getting that kind of service anywhere else, period. Kudos to a very very well run business.

Only a small shop but have most ammo sizes and at the range. Really friendly and helpful staff cheers guys

The worst service ever.. I went to purchase a 3000 nightforce scope. I was asked for a deposit. No problem. I was the told that they has called and ordered 1 and that it would be a week away. 2 weeks later I called to find out where it was and I was told that it had slipped through the cracks and was not sent. Ok they were going to reorder and it would be here next week..ok..a week later I call again to find out what had happened and once again I get told the same thing. I call light force direct and get told that they have heaps in stock waiting for shipping but for some reason the Q Store can not get any????

I'm so used to getting appalling service from Cleavers that it was an absolute pleasure to shop at Qstore for the first time today, walked out with every single thing I went to buy. Had to travel further, but it was worth it!! well done guys, you have a new regular.
