Bought an entry level vintage Audio Technics (AT) turntable on Facebook marketplace that needed a new stylus and drive belt. Tried prominent local suppliers: Jacar, and JB Hi-Fi (JB are AT stockists but they don't stock consumable parts) — instead they both recommended Belmont Stereo Systems. A phone call that confirmed the part numbers and a quick visit to purchase these parts enabled me to restore this turntable to better than 'as new' condition because of the superior compatible stylus. The price of the parts were, as expected significantly higher than on the net but Belmont Stereo Systems delivered exceptional customer service and a superior product. I recommend them without reservation.

Fantastic! After going to JB Hi Fi and Harvey Norman who had NO solution for what we needed, we were advised to go to Belmont Stereo. While they couldn't supply what we needed, they listened, searched, advised and recommended who might be able to help us. Good old fashioned service. Highly recommend!

Very (very) old fashioned stereo retailer, couldn't, wouldn't, can't, not interested in matching the internet price, and took 21 days to respond to my email sent to info@ company address....

Rang for advice the other day les could not be more helpful. People who give a bad wrap to companies who do not match internet pricing should understand you pay a little more for product knowledge and after sales service
