Keep us waiting about 45 minutes past appointment time initially. We ordered sunglasses and regular and very clearly stated we wanted anti glare on both. After waiting a month for the sunnies to come in they didn’t call to let us know. And there’s no anti glare and they say the sales woman didn’t put it on the order now have to pay an additional 70 and sent them back out again. Never going back here

This Belmont store has been our preference due to the close proximity to home and promotion for our health insurance. My wife and I have been checking and ordering glasses here annually for 10yrs plus without major issues. Customer service is fine, so far they can keep the promise for 1-week delivery but in few occasions I didn't get notification and had to call the store. I don't have any problem with the Optometrists so far.

This used to be a great place I have been a customer from.more than 18 years since it was the optometry superstore. Now it is really bad run, there is not customer service there is not accountability the people running the show do not know what they need to do. Really disappointed. Thats how you loose your long term clients.

If there was an option to give a review with zero stars, Specsavers Belmont would be the only time I would have to do this. I only had one experience at Specsavers Belmont and it will be my last. The staff treated me poorly and quickly rushed me to make my decision to purchase glasses. I can say with confidence that this store only cares about profits and nothing else. After they take your money, you are worthless to them until your next health fund reset. I had overheard the store manager speaking to her employees that if a customer "looks poor, or if they are smelly, turn them away". I am dumbfounded. Speechless. After hearing this I left the store. I hope that no one has to experience such behaviour like this ever. This is horrid behaviour from a STORE MANAGER/OWNER. Please do not ever consider coming here. Go somewhere else.

Everything was perfect! Had first eye test in Australia. Eye test was covered by medicare, 2 pairs of glasses were covered by bupa healthy insurence(45.00), got 10 contact lens for trial with personal instructions. Also i had eye test again with contact lens on my eyes. Eye test was very professionally done, all staffs were extremely friendly and professional. Specially Thanks to Margaret, she helped me put and remove contact lens. I absolutely recommend this Specsavers. All you need is bring your medicare, insurance and personal card(or cash) they will do everything for you.

Dispite the mix up with my appointment time, I received exceptional service from Angela for my hearing test. She went above and beyond to help me find the issue and would recommend her to anyone.

.... Really disappointed with customer service! have been a customer for 5 yrs. They don't care about old customers any more. ....my wife and I were only 10 minutes late today and the front desk girl said that we have to wait next 2 weeks to see Esperan, surely they are losing us. Prevoiulsly, I even waited upto 20 minutes to see Esperan. As the next patient took our spot then the girl could have checked with Esperan to see if we can be given that patient's spot. I even requested only for my wife but equally turned down. Well, Good luck !!
