I ordered a replacement ignition key for my KTM 1290R through Moto tech Geelong in January 2021. Understandably with covid it took until March to arrive in Australia. After receiving several text messages to say that my key has arrived in Geelong I am now unable to make contact with motor tech for some reason. The recorded phone message on calling motor tech states closed until further notice. I went looking for the new store at 132 Barwon heads road Belmont to find no KTM dealership exists (not yet anyway). Very disappointing. Will think again before purchasing another KTM!

The team at mototech were beyond amazing They were constantly updating me on where my application with finance was, had every answer to any question I could possibly ask and always looked after me! We managed to organise finance, purchase the bike, get roadworthy and even get rego done in basically a week. Massive shout out to Tommy who dealt with my 200 phone calls and also to the attendant who dealt with us on Saturday 100/5 stars
