I had disgust about how patients have been treated by this doctor staff. If I can urge anybody who is using there service to please be on top of them. Make sure they read the reports right and ask more questions. Please do not be reassured that they will make comfortable after they have taken their payment. It would seem that they spend time trying to advertise in their reviews apposed to caring for the unborn children. READ THE REVIEWS CAREFULLY

I cannot recommend Dr Indika and her staff highly enough. Being a high risk patient and always anxious due to complications in past pregnancies, I always felt at ease when I’d see Dr Indika, she was always reassuring, would present the facts but also did everything in her power to support my pregnancies. I never felt rushed or like I couldn’t ask her questions, she always had plenty of time to explain things to me. Her bedside manner is beautiful and she is very maternal; I always felt so relieved when I’d see her walk into the room, knowing I was in the best possible care. The midwife Lyn is beautiful, very caring and empathetic as well and was always open to questions and would explain things thoroughly when I was unsure. The sonographers (especially Michelle) are amazing, very thorough in what they do, very friendly and also patient. A few times I was unwell during a scan and they never got annoyed or tried to rush me, but would rather allow me to take a break and wait until I was feeling better before they continued with the scan. The reception staff are extremely friendly and always greet you with a smile. Their phone manner is also very pleasant and were happy to take my calls and pass questions onto the doctor and would always get back to me. Overall I would not consider seeing another doctor for my pregnancies as I have had such a pleasant experience and highly recommend Dr Indika to anyone I know who is expecting. Dr Indika & staff, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything over the years.

In one word DISAPPOINT. with the treatment of patients and their unborn. I am from overseas with no family here. I trusted this doctor to show care and read reports. However it was clear to me from the first meeting that she could not do both. Being new to Australia I thought maybe this was the way. I was lucky to get a second opinion and realised that there are good doctors out there. Do not trust the staff.

Because of Dr Indika our rainbow baby is here!!! After two second trimester losses I booked into see dr Indika for a consultation diagnosing me with incompetent cervix and she sure was right. I was referred by her to have a pre pregnancy suture and within a couple of months I fell pregnant and in her high risk care I couldn’t fault anything she did. She didn’t take any risk, her care was nothing I’ve seen before. Being able to contact her at any time she was there. She made us feel so much at ease with her expertise. She never let anything get to the it’s too late stage like my first and second pregnancy. She acted on absolutely everything and thanks to that our rainbow baby was born. It’s a five star from us!!!

I cannot thank Dr Indika Alahakoon enough! With my first born, I had a horrible experience where my OB didn't show up and was interstate without our knowledge. I had a horrible birth and ended up haemorrhaging. Thankfully my daughter and I were okay. Second time around I was anxious in finding a new OB. Dr Indika assured me and kept reassuring me that everything will be fine and stayed on top of everything. My experience with Dr Indika was amazing! From the amazing warming admin to the very knowledgable stenographers. Dr Indika is a well knowledgable and educated OB and with this, eased my anxiety. Second time around the labour was so great, I gave birth to my baby boy with no complications. Thank you so much to Dr Indika and her amazing team! I will definitely be back for my third! x
