Dr Kuzinkovas and his entire team made me feel extremely comfortable from the first communication. They were always willing to assist and were always quick to respond. I didn't feel like just another number to them. They always made me feel worthwhile. As for Dr Kuzinkovas, I felt safe in his hands right from the get go. His bedside manner is lovely and I have never met a more knowledgeable surgeon. Any issues I had upon my first consult with him evaporated after I left his office. Dr Kuzinkovas is absolutely amazing. Right from my first consultation, he made me feel comfortable and confident. He answered all of my questions in detail including questions about forms and payments. After surgery, whenever I had a concern or question, he was there 100% and always answered or returned my calls. He has a brilliant bedside manner and is an incredible surgeon. Very happy with results and follow up. Should have done this 5 years ago when first started thinking that I was out of control to loose the weight on my own and living a 2-3 year yo yo lifestyle. Would have avoided a gradual increase and heartache of feeling so bad and depressed. Now I have lost over 50 kilos and although loss has slowed it is still on the decline. By the time I finish I will be half my weight. Thank you team for your support but it is still the patient having the operation who has to take that leap of faith. I recommend you do if you are reading this.
