Called their number on fb page to be told they are working remotely because of the Covid crisis and I can only contact them via email. What a joke, It is April 2021 at the moment and no Covid crisis here in Australia. This is a lazy, carefree and non customer care focused group.

Absolutely appalling that this company are expecting their casual staff to travel into work for "cleaning" during the STAGE 4 RESTRICTIONS. This "cleaning" does not need to be done, it is not essential. They are placing all of their workers and their workers families at risk for their own greed. Disgusting behaviour. Deserves to be investigated and shut down.

I could not be more disappointed in Belgravia Leisure. Zero communication. Swapping teachers without warning and that’s just the lessons where a teacher actually showed up. Didn’t wish to continue the next term and was very explicit in my wish. Now I find out that we are still being charged. Do not do it to yourself.
