I love this beautiful store and have been lucky enough to visit the physical store. The products are such great quality and the range is fantastic. I also just ordered a game for my son for his birthday. All the communication around my order was so clear and helpful and my order arrived in 2 days even with COVID! I can't wait to play our new game!

Excellent customer service, value, and attention to detail even during COVID lockdown. Erika texted me to confirm my address, which I had actually entered wrong by accident so great that she checked! She also sent me some photos of the products I ordered. Glad to have some Christmas shopping done!
Roasted Fox is the best quality kids clothes I’ve found anywhere! They last so well and my kids love them. Highly recommend the hoodie - I get comments nearly every time my kids wear them. Thank you for making such lovely things guys xx
After moving to the area, we came across this lovely kids store, went in ordered a yumm box and put one on hold, promised a call when both were ready to pick up, 3 weeks later no call so dropped in, had sold the one we had on hold and couldn't care less about the call that we were meant to get. We tried to support the local business in the main street not only in Belgrave but everywhere and, the stores sit there and wonder why people are online shopping this is why. To the store, the main difference between me spend my money at your store and online is you can offer customer service and that you have failed miserably. YOU NEED TO WAKE UP OR YOU WILL BE NEXT TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS. We wont be back...
