More than once they have forgotten to give me a burger... The chips are always well too salty.... Not a fan and keep away from this one now most of the time. They still owe me a burger I called about missing but I probably won't go back to even get it. It got as many as 2 stars because it is hungry jacks and I'm not sure I'm actually meant to expect that much

Had a great experience! The worker called Luke at the drive thru was so polite to me and my family, making sure our order was correct and had the patience of a saint even with screaming kids in the car. What a wonderful young man.
Staff didn't even speak when passing food over. First coffee.machine wasn't working at 9am then when we got.to our destination to eat there was no bacon on our burgers which was just hash brown and egg!!! Gross. Tried to call, but no answer. Asked for no in my orange juice and got ice. Food was also freezing. Drive through was empty even.
Who do you complain to if the manager is making your order?! Got the wrong coffee, most likely without my extra shot and the wrap was... Something.. Thanks mate, I'll go to McDonald's next time.
Average service is somewhat expected. Ordering with the app and choosing drive through does not actually save time or purportedly 'jump the queue'. Also the restaurant is no longer 24 hours and opening is too late for breakfast
Not my favorite place for a burger. They were very thin, plain and not a lot of taste. Nothing like the pictures on the board
Right you mob. Put a smile on your face when dealing with us ... The public also known as customers. I came in there . Said evening and just got a blank look , placed my order, paid and received the order and as I left said have a good day only to be met with silence. It doesn't hurt to smile and be civil. If you don't like you job QUIT there's plenty out looking for work. I don't think I'll return in a hurry.
Always great tasting burgers, you can't beat that flame grilled taste.
