Why Google wants me to review this I have no idea. I was best when it was being graffitied and had to watch what they did next to clean it up. Now not so much. It is something that you drive past and most say, before they see the face, is that what I think it is??? Oh no it's ok it's an owl..
I don't know why this needs reviewing, but people tell me that this is sculpture looks like male genitals. I don't see it. I pass it every day on the way to work, and it's a sculpture. Big. What more can I say?
