Service, range, and convenience make this shop a good option over online retailers. Case in point; I had a boot fit problem which caused blisters. Instead of getting defensive and dismissive, the ladies looked up to see if I was eligible for a comfort guarantee. My boot was guaranteed so they replaced it with no fuss and also helped me to find a better fitting boot. The store is a little crowded but I think that is because they are trying to offer as good a range as they can. I'll be back when I need to replace my steel blues, I could get the next pair online but I think there is real value in keeping businesses like this healthy.

Been using this shop for years even before it’s name change. It has anything you want for workwear, commercial or dress. Does look a bit cluttered that because so much stock in shop for sale of different trades. Worn a venture. Also an Akubra Stockist
