Yes English might not work well. But they understand wash and dry, and do a good job at it. So I don't see any problem with the service. It's not a cafe.

I live in the area & am very happy with the service & interaction I have had with the staff. I think the quote for all those doona’s etc was very reasonable, I take my woollen doona’s in separately & it costs me 30 a time. I have been taking doona’s & large blankets to the same shop for years (these owners are more recent) but the price has not increased.
I have never left comments before but felt compelled to inform people of my experience with this laundromat. Travelling around Australia and I went to Belconnen Laundromat to do two loads of washing. The attendant was very short with me and pushy which I thought was due to the language barrier but soon realised he was just an extremely rude person with the worst customer service skills I have ever come across. Apart from the above the washing machines were expensive at 7 per load, most places I've been cost 4 per load and I can't comment on the dryers as once my washing was finished I took it and left, along with a horrible feeling that unfortunately some people are just atrocious.
Used this business for the first time today, level or service was exceptional. Warm friendly greeting, value for money and quick turn around. Don't believe the 1 star ratings. Yes the owner/manager may not have English as their first language, but embrace AU for its diversity and allow them to provide great service!
This place is overpriced. I took 4 queen doonas and 1 single doona and the man quoted me 90. He told me he can’t do more than 1 doona in a machine when I had done it before with previous owners, which would’ve been cheaper. I called Lyneham Laundromat and they could do 2 donnas in one machine so I went there instead. The service was also bad. The man was rude and was constantly speaking his own language to his co-worker. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Despite the bad reviews this place has gotten, my experience was very decent. Though the person attending did not speak much English, he made it easy and efficient to get the job done. Washing plus drying in one hour at a decent cost.
PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I do not know what people want. I went there to get a load of clothes washed and dried. No problems whatsoever and customer service could not be better. I do not care how little english they speak or how they act. They get the work done and in a good price.
Lady quoted me 25 for my 2 doonas, so I went back to Mawson laundromat which fits them both for 12.... What a rip off.
