So far so good. I'm still to finalise several issues, but the sales process went very smoothly, the sales staff were very professional. I need to return a key from my trade-in vehicle and obtain a second key for the new vehicle along with key number. I also need to follow up on the warranty offer. Generally, delighted so far.

Below average sales person. We were absolutely in the market to buy but he would not negotiate on price whatsoever. We went elsewhere and saved 3000. Suddenly Neil Beer were prepared to price match. Why not just be honest from the start?
