I'd give all the staff and service 5 stars but the man working today in the face mask unpacking boxes is VERY rude to the customers. Be nice. Its a hard time for all of us. I work locally and was shocked by his attitude.

Girlfriend and I purchased hair rollers while she was down in Sydney, was told she could return if unused/unopened within 28 days. She ended up researching and purchasing a different brand. I tried to return the product for her with original receipt and credit card to Hornsby Priceline who refused saying they don't stock the item and to send it back to Beecroft. Just tried to return the item to Beecroft with a photo of the receipt, was refused saying they don't do change of mind returns even though within 28 days as not within my "statutory rights". Was told to come back the next day to talk to manager. Eventually was offered exchange which allowed me to get a gift card. Now looking at Priceline official returns policy online it states clearly that they do change of mind purchases within 30 days in addition to statutory rights. Beware of this branch

Dodgy - replaces medicines for scripts with generics without telling you, and slips syringes in with your medicine "in case you need them" which seems nice until you get to the counter and they try and charge you for them without anyone telling you.
