I would have to say that this is the worst chicken I have ever bought from this store and I will never go back there again, the chicken was so overcooked and dry it was inedible. I rang the store and she said that there was a reason that it was dry because it was more than 2 hours old. I have bought KFC before and had it for the next 2 days and it was still reasonably fresh and it could be eaten. I said that obviously she was going to do anything about it and then she hung up, very rude, no offer to look at the over cook or anything. It will be Red Rooster for me from now on. Another customer lost.

Wanted to make this review after amazing service tonight. The manager (female, New Zealand accent) was so lovely and helpful. They told us straight out that there would be a wait on tenders and offered us a large chips as compo. This KFC has to be one of the best in WA. Only very rarely are there issues with missing items or cold chips, but that can happen with any fast food chain. My husband and I are loyal customers
Daniel the fat Indian trainee manning the front counter needs to be trained more about communication and customer service skills. There was a line of people waiting to be served and he couldn’t bother saying “please wait a moment” all he did was pretending to be busy. Fortunately, Mariam came up from the back and was very nice and professional. Suggestion to management: sack Daniel and promote Mariam. People like Daniel are easy to find and replace, but people like Mariam are not.
Walked in and ordered a meal to be told they have ran out of chicken and would be a 15 minutes wait. We said okay and waited. After waiting 30 minutes, we noticed our order number disappeared from the order monitor and that was when we approached the counter service staff to ask what’s the go. She tells us there has been a mistake and there would be an additional 20 minutes wait. I expressed my unhappiness to which she responded “you need to relax!” and “you can get a refund if you don’t want to wait”. :) Poor customer service from such a big brand. The manager and staff looked like they didn’t even want to be there. This KFC under previous management offered much better customer service. Customers do understand if you’re busy during dinner service. But telling them to relax after you’ve stuffed up the order... sorry we do not and can not understand that.
Decent storm drive-through seems busy food is fresh chips crispy and the staff come across as friendly. Located on Benauer Road near the corner of Beechboro Road decent location and a couple of other fast food places around and next to a shopping centre so ideal spot for a quick drive through to get a bite to eat on the way home

Probably just unlucky but came on a night where I waited almost 1 hour for nine spicy chicken pieces. Come here on promo nights if you want free personal character development in anger management and patience. Maybe crew at front needs to be a bit more organised with orders or someone keeping an eye on them. Until peak hour traffic is efficiently addressed on a consistent basis, a star for the chicken (still tasty!) and a star for the hardworking crew despite the long wait. For now.
