Personally I have not gone here but on behalf of my family I will write this out. They have gone here for years nearly every Monday morning, they enjoy playing golf together and it makes my grandad happy that's all that maters. Thank you to the people that work here for keeping my Grandad happy and active. Again Thank you very much

The secret gem of the public golf courses is getting better and better. Well, I though that it was about time that I did my review for Altone Park Golf Course. It definitely deserves a 4 rating, plus a little bit more in my opinion (and it is always improving) If my review was based on just value for money and the staff it would rate a solid 5 out of 5. What you need to know: * The owners and staff are great, very friendly and helpful; * The course is continuing to get better and better; * There has been continuous ongoing work which is improving the course every week; * The greens have been improving; * The fairways are more defined; * The rough has been cleaned out to make it a bit easier to find your wayward golf balls; * It is still a very tough course with water on 7 of the 9 holes; * Yes it is only a 9 hole course with different tee locations for the back V front 9; * Recently some of the tee locations have been moved to give more definition between the front 9 holes and the back nine holes; * One of the best coffee makers you will find anywhere; and * Has excellently priced beverages and food. If you can play straight and stay in the middle of the fairways at Altone Park Golf Course, you will be a star at pretty much every other course you play. Drop in and say hi to Pete and Gwen they really make the place.

We brought drinks as we didnt realise you werent allowed too but when confronted we were spoken to very rudely. Never go back EVER!!!. Maylands golf course all the way. Very Rude c**t that works there but guy was pretty cool.
A great 9hole challenge course!it's worth what you paid for.....
Always a testing little course. Could do with some TLC to the holes and worn buggy tracks which are only getting worse and will cost more in the long run to fix otherwise good.
