I have been to Bedshed Rockingham several times over the last month and Theresa has been so very helpful each time. I purchased an adjustable bed and it took me a while to make my final decision to invest in a good bed with a good mattress to help my unusual medical condition. Theresa was friendly, not pushy at all, always greeted me with a smile, listened to my situation and accordingly gave me great advise as to what would work best for my situation. She remembered who I was each time and was very understanding and helpful when I had my crying newborn baby with me in store...when many other retail staff (at other organisations) have sneered at me as if wanting me to take my baby and leave. Thank you so much, Theresa for your time, care and service.

Always daunting buying a new bed but Jasmine was great today she was very knowledgeable and patient we spent a lot of time browsing and trying out the beds. Thanks for making our purchase a "comfortable" one.

The proprietor didn't mention that you need to buy a mattress protector from the store at the time of purchase to be eligible for the 60 Night Comfort guarantee. When I spoke to him on the phone he was very rude and ignorant. Telling me I was wrong and he would never not tell me. He is obviously capable of mistakes as he didn't record my phone number correctly which caused me big issues at delivery..which I had to follow up myself because I never heard from anyone after payment. He tried to resolve my issues but I don't want to deal with a business that speaks to their customers this way. Wouldn't purchase from them again. Go to Snooze or 40 Winks.
