The staff are amazing. they understand how important it is to have only the best bed for you. The staff spent easy 30 minutes helping us to find a bed with no pressure. Shout out to Adam, who went above to ensure the process went along smoothly. Thank-you and what a lovely sleep we had last night.

We purchased a Refresh Medium & a Serenity Black Base in August last year. While the service was great and the bed feels okay. About 3 months ago we noticed the bed started creaking and it has just got worse, if one of us moves through the night the bed is so noisy it wakes the other person up and we aren't big people. We can't work out if it is the base of the bed or mattress.

Was very happy with the level of customer service from bedshed representative Suzanna today, she was attentive to my brother and I's needs as we bought 2 mattresses within the span of 2 hours (got to try several mattresses) and was happy to settle on 2 very nice high quality queen sized mattresses. The attention to detail and level of customer service that Suzanna gave us today was immaculate. Highly suggest you give them a visit

These guys are amazing! I was having some hip and shoulder issues due to my mattress. After speaking to the team at Capalaba they were able to resolve everything for me and I'm sleeping like a baby again. I was so impressed by their willingness to help and their genuine desire to make sure I was happy. Their spot on customer service skills have insured I will be back, thank you Guys much appreciated keep up the good work.

The Bedshed at Capalaba is the best bedding shop in the area. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. Excellent advice without feeling pressured. I would highly recommend visiting this store. 10/10 for Dee and Adam.

Amazing! They were extremely competitive on tempur prices and the service was the best I have seen in a long time. When the bed and base arrived early they had a missing part which the lady dropped off same day on her way home. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks Dee!

Adam was incredibly friendly and made sure we were happy with our purchase, explaining the difference between other mattresses and showing us helpful diagrams. We spent a lot of time chatting and I didn't feel pressured to spend more than my budget. He even offered us some Mentos and candy. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Airlie bedroom package from Bedshed Capalaba. From initial information via email with Suzsanna late at night, to speaking directly with Dee & Amanda making payments and arrangements for delivery, nothing was a trouble. Excellent customer service by all, super organised & appreciated the updates (after visiting almost every store in Brisbane for what we wanted we are grateful for the efficient & polite service). The deliver of the items was another great experience, can’t recall the guys names however they were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom suite has far exceeded our expectations...and we didn’t have to wait until the end of the year like so many stores were advising. It is gorgeous, incredible quality and we are so so happy. Thankyou
