Review well over due but had to do it. John and team really looked after me, spent time with me that I needed but when it came to delivery l realized my mistake, l had inadvertently ordered the wrong matteress over the phone. No problem though, everyone was very good about it and the new one was promptly replaced at no additional cost, all at a time that was mutually agreed. Though I had a deadline to meet, l felt that John was really obliging and bent over backwards to meet that deadline. I couldn't be anymore grateful for his and his teams help.
