The service in store was great. I did enjoy the interaction with the staff. Let's hope we bought the right mattress, we are happy after the first few nights on it. The delivery truck did turn up when they said they would, also their service was friendly and great. I would have no problem to recommend this shop and the NeoLuxe Apex.

The people there have very strong product knowledge. A lot of places around (won’t name names!) really just tried to sell me the most expensive mattress and I wasn’t impressed. But the guys here actually listened to what I was saying and connected me with the sort of mattress I wanted. Never felt more comfortable in my life - I actually wake up feeling great. Special thanks to Susan for her deep knowledge of sleep and posture etc. great work guys!

We purchased a base and mattress from Beds N Dreams a month ago. Customer service was friendly and informative, price was competitive and delivery was timely. We absolutely love our new King size plush mattress - great quality, very comfortable and we are now getting a great sleep every night. I highly recommend Beds N Dreams.
