If you get your kicks from chasing up suppliers and receiving zero after-sales service, I would highly recommend this business. Not only will you have to make contact multiple times to chase up the delay of frames (pre all this covid drama), but you will also receive no assistance when raising the issue of a (not cheap) mattress slowly murdering your back. HOWEVER, if you prefer to not be felt like you're inconveniencing a staff member after spending a decent amount of your hard-earned , I would suggest you look elsewhere. Very disappointing after making the conscious effort to support a local company.
I could not be happier! The service was exceptional, very friendly and down to earth, no bull. Steve is very passionate and knows a lot about beds. The quality of our sleep since we bought the mattress has been amazing, best sleep we've had in months! It's always overwhelming when buying a new bed but Steve and his team really look after you to ensure you don't make a mistake. The biggest mistake you will make is not buying from Bed post Darwin! We bought a king 'comfort for you' plush. Before this mattress we would only do firm/Medium. Now I would not go anything else. Great mattress!

Bedpost Darwin is the best value for money place to buy beds and mattresses. No matter how many other retailers I go to, I always end up buying from Bedpost. Steve is an awesome salesman and even remembers me even though it's been a while since I've been there.
