I needed a queen bed mattress urgently as current mattress in unit was sagging badly. Bedmart supplied an excellent pillow top mattress at a very reasonable price and arranged delivery on Sunday after Boxing Day. Tenants were pleasantly surprised that mattress could be sourced and delivered on same day complaint was made and are very happy with mattress chosen.

The team @ Bed Mart are family run and they work together as a team to make sure you make the right choice for you to get a good night's sleep. They put their customers first and try their utmost best to make sure you get what you want. As for not being a big franchise it means they have alot of stock on offer and also alternative brands and options for every person. Thank you Bed Mart for being a great competitor.
Great service on the weekend from Kerrie, easy transaction, I told her what I was after and she had exactly what I was looking for in a mattress, very happy it came in under budget incl delivery. Would be happy to recommend them.
Never buy a mattress from this place. I spent almost 2000 on what they touted as a fantastic mattress only for it to sag into the middle less than 5 months later. Their mattress suppliers warranties are a joke, more hoops to jump through than dealing with Centrelink. Woke up with intense sciatic nerve pain at one point which then cost more money to fix. Then they try to tell you that you should expect some sagging... Not that deep in 5 months or less than 5 of a 2000 mattress you're not! My cheap foam mattress has lasted longer. Excuses, excuses and no action - they are just out take your money. After receiving the docs from them to make a claim I laughed at the ridiculous amount of things they wanted including slamming you with fees if they "deemed" it okay after testing. Now my dog sleeps on it. No human ever will.
Runs a dodgy competition on Facebook which I’m sure no one won. I was “lucky” to receive a runners up prize of a up to 250 gift voucher. Initially no t&c’s attached. I emailed and asked if there was a minimum spend. Nothing said about that in their reply. Eventually days later I got details of my 250 voucher. To receive 250 off you had to spend 2500! I had basically won a %10 off voucher if I spent 2500. Very shady marketing practices, especially when they can’t even tell me who won the major prize of an 1800 bed set. I’m sure that was never even a prize.
The beds come with warranties Mine already needs replacement after 6 months I was told that the problem is that my partner and I don't sleep in the middle of the bed. I will post again after the assessor comes to inspect my mattress....
