The owner started off being extremely helpful showing his experience and quality frames. After 20 minutes once he decided I was not going to put an order through for a frame that day he said he was not going to spend any more time with me (after 15 Mins) as he had a lot to do and he knows when customers aren't going to buy quality frames and promptly packed away the other paintings I planned on choosing frames for. I left feeling extremely offended and burst into tears once I walked out the store. Little did he know I was looking for quality frames for a number of paintings, had already decided I was going to order the one I saw there and would have continued to use him for all my future purchases. Would not recommend this store to anyone after that horrible display of customer service.
