Was absolutely exhausting shopping there. My partner and I were browsing for a new mattress and the guy would not stop following us around even after me saying multiple times that we wanted to just browse and test out a few. We couldn't even press down or sit to test any out without him rushing in and going on about covid effecting the prices and "im not joking today is the day you NEED to buy, you will not find a better price". He would constantly tap our shoulders and tell us to follow him across the store and sit in a bed to test it out when all we wanted to do was browse. He came back to us 5 times in a span of 20-25 minutes to repeat the same things over and over again. He even said as we were walking out "I shouldn't do this but If you buy this mattress today I'll sell it to you for 1200" EVEN THOUGH IT HAS A SIGN ON THE BED SAYING IT WAS DOWN TO THAT PRICE. I understand he had a job to do but we tried for 10 minutes trying to leave and he just continued talking.

Went in looking for a mattress just for my mum. Came out with one for her and a new one for myself. Peter is full of useful advise and expertise. Quality made Australian mattresses and amazing prices. Friendly customer service as well, it was a pleasure.

We purchased a queen samantha bed from bedebuys. They team were very helpful and gave us a great deal on the bed. We are very happy with the Australian tasmanian oak solid timber bed and would recommend it to anyone.

No customer service skills answers phone as "hello" so rude would not give them a cent absoultey discustting !! If he was is not the owner he should be fired and if he is, I dont know how is still in business one arrogant man!

Sales rep was quite rude and condescending because I was a female and took advantage of that. He treated me like a dumb blonde and I had to prove to him that actually knew what I was talking about and am quite knowledgeable in building bed frames. The beds alone are not worth the money, the bed I bought a soft to medium pillow top is like sleeping on cement I cannot fall asleep and am in so much pain keep in mind I am only a young adult.
