Good stock, but the staff here are appalling. My mum was opening towels to see the patterns and folding them up and putting them back and the sales assistant told her to look at the pictures rather than open them up because she spends all day folding towels! She was so upset by the incident she asked me to leave a review which is so not like her. If anyone reads these comments, it doesn't cost you anything to be nice to people... particularly the ones that are purchasing from your store!!!!

Big fan of the constant sales on bed sheet sets and the range of choice here. Quite often I'll come through for a duvet cover and leave with a whole sheet set or two, and something I didn't think I wanted like a picnic basket!

Liked that I got just the right amount of attention; acknowledgement at entry and then left alone to browse. Walked in with not really much intention; but bought 2 sets of good quality, bargain priced pillow cases. I think that BB'NT have certain lines not found at other stores - Morgan and Finch. Made a note on my calendar to shop for Xmas gifts here; Everyone needs good pillowcases. Staff were polite and professional, and the lady serving took the time to show me another set which I bought as well as the one I took to the desk.

I love the brand but the staff who attended to me today at 13:00 is very racist to me. She is talking in a weird manner and she treats me as if I do not understand english because I am Asian. So rude and unprofessional.
