I get my nails done here all the time and the staff here are always so professional, skilled and lovely. I usually get the shellac and nail art, and I’m so happy every time I do. They usually last weeks more than when I get it done at other places, until my nails grow out again and they don’t chip! Whenever I have a special event, I always come here cos I know they will deliver on the quality and have them looking beautiful. I also have gotten my acrylic nails removed from them, and they were very gentle and made sure my nail beds were still healthy and shiny underneath. So so impressed with them every time.

I come here regularly and the staff are so easy to talk to and always do an amazing job. My nails have turned out exactly how I’ve wanted them every time! I won’t go anywhere else now.
I was visiting family for a few weeks and wanted to get my nails done spontaneously and saw this place as I was walking with my mom! And I didn’t have much expectations but they went above and beyond! The staff was wonderful especially Cecilia! Ask for her! She was super sweet to me especially a foreigner to Australia! She did my nails better than the photos I showed her! I would definitely come back once I visit Australia again!
I have been coming here for a few months since I have started working in the CBD area. Today I have to admit was the best experience I have ever had. My technician Cecilia was so friendly and made sure I was happy with my manicure and the colour polish I selected. The new manager Kylie took care of me while doing my eyebrows. I will honestly continue to come here for all my beauty needs
I have done a lot of manicure in bne and this is the worst experience I have ever tried. At first, I showed a pic from Instagram and wanted to make the same nail art. However, the man who served me was unable to do it, which was totally different from the pic. Then I requested to redo the nail colour and the man was very unhappy as I was not satisfied the nail art he did. I didn’t want to argue with him and simply selected a colour and made with matt-finish. And please see the photo, this is how the gel nail looks like today. So trust me, do not visit this store for your own good.

Aim to prioritized customers satisfactions although you can’t please all of them .Be Cheerful and make the customers relax and enjoy while their sitting Cheers !
I went into 'Beauty Stop' Queen Street just to get a Pedicure. Kylie was my nail tech ... she was so nice and asked me about my eyebrows. Next minute, I was getting micro-blading on my brows... I've been wanting to get this done for soooo long but was apprehensive ... I walked out feeling AMAZING ... Kylie and the team were so so nice to me and Kylie's obsession with eyebrow perfection is extraordinary
Been here a few times since moving to Brissy. Always had friendly, quick and professional service. My nails are always done exactly how I want and the polish never chips. Would recommend 10/10!
