Wow , I had a consultation meeting with Shelly a week before l had the hair system fitted and wow what a result, you nailed it Shelly , right colour and right size. A week later I met Lannie who was so Professional and made me feel at total ease right from the start, what an amazing job you did thank you. Not only did she do an amazing job but was able to inform me of what was needed to maintain this amazing hair system. I still need to grow the side out a bit but its made me look and feel ten years younger. It's given me back my confidence that I lost all those years ago. I would high recommend this company when looking at a hair replacement system. Don't go anywhere else. A1 all the way Thank you again, such an awesome result and great team of people.

I purchased some products online. One of them didn't suit me and was trying to return. The receptionist firmly rejected any request. Normally there is 30 days returns on products, if u call the Fair Trading they will tell u. Actually it is against the trading practices not to accept a return. If u don't want to give the money back u can offer a replacement product, but u cannot say the company doesn't accept returns. I think it is something to do with integrity and proper business practice. I will not use them any more, thou, before this incident I wanted to buy more products.

My consultation with Shelly was seamless. She listened to my concerns and patiently provided me with a number of toppers to try on. She helped me choose the perfect colour match with my own hair colour....It was spot on!!! My follow up appointment with Samantha to cut my topper was amazing. She demonstrated how to wash and blow wave the piece then went on to cut the topper into the style I wanted. Both ladies really knew their stuff. They were both so professional, friendly and kind. I looove my topper!!!! Thanks ladies!!!

Worst worst worst costumer service ! The staff are so unwelcoming. Not happy with the procedure done for my friend !! The colour of the hair looks totally different and doesn’t look even a bit natural !

Today my mum and I had the most wonderful wig trying on appointments with the ever so helpful and friendly Samantha at Beauty and Hair Australia. In their very well set out store they have a really huge range of wigs and we tried on a a lot of them to find the best options for both of us. We were more than happy with the service and our purchases. They also have a heap of hair restoration products which will hopefully bring back or at least prevent some hair fall as my hair has thinned on top. We’ve had experiences at other wig stores that left us feeling far from satisfied but Beauty and Hair Australia was the complete opposite - we couldn’t be happier. No pushing to sell. If anything it was us pushing to buy. And the helpful instructions given to maintain and style the wigs will help us make the pieces work for us even better. Thank you for a really perfect wig shopping/buying experience!
