Stood in the showroom for 15 mins no one else in the store two workers on awaiting for service as we were a cash buyers. But no one served us off to another tile store we went.
We worked with Dean and Georgia from Beaumont Tiles Capalaba. We found them to be absolutely FANTASTIC. From our first visit, Georgia was incredibly helpful and patient as we worked through different options for renovating our bathrooms. We got everything we needed in the one place and the prices were awesome. Huge thanks to Georgia, Dean and the Team..!!
Great displays and friendly helpful service
Have had several dealings with this store and each time it was not a positive experience, so won't be dealing with them again. The floor staff show no interest, are rude and unhelpful. While the prices and choice are okay, the staff provide little assistance and the timelines when ordering tiles are ridiculous.
I would like to thank Beaumont tiles Capalaba for their understanding and professionalism when I changed my mind on the color of the tile I had purchased. It was no problem exchanging them. I would also like to thank Jess and Dean for their quick response when I discovered that the tiles I had picked up were incorrect to the ones ordered. They had the correct ones delivered to my home within the hour. I cant tell you how much this was appreciated when the tiler was on site waiting for the tiles. Thank you Dean and Jess from the first inital chat I had regarding styles etc to the delivery of tiles. I throughly recommend Beaumont tiles Capalaba for great service. Regards Lisa Radley
