I would highly recommend Beaumont tiles Springwood. Elizabeth has been fantastic through the whole process and very professional and kind. All deliver and wait times were explained at the time and we were very happy to be patience and wait. There was communication through the whole process and emails were responded to promptly (during business hours).

Visited Beaumont Springwood for the first time today and had a fantastic experience thanks to the help of Daniel. I’m a real novice with this stuff but he took the time to explain different terms and options for us to make selecting and ordering tiles a breeze. He’s a credit to your store and the reason we’re buying from Beaumonts.
Daniel was the stand out for us at Beaumont Tiles. He was very helpful and accommodated our every design idea and he also provided us with ideas we hadn't considered. We had done the rounds at most of the tiling shops in Slacks Creek and the service by Daniel at Beaumont Tiles was the winner for us. Highly recommend.
Had a very bad experience Saturday with the lady at the counter she wasn't really helpful was very rude I tried to ask her a question and she said yeah what ever!!! Was really shocked by her attitude lucky the gentleman that was very busy helped me and also went out of his way to explain abit more about the products he is definitely the star at Beaumont Tiles. I actually remember the name of the lady who served me was Elizabeth who was very rude and not helpful.
During several conversations over the past couple of months, I found both Daniel and Nicola from Beaumont Tiles (Springwood) offered courteous, friendly and helpful advice on a range of bathroom issues and Beaumont products. Daniel also provided a very prompt quote upon request. Thank you.
