I love shopping here. Ladies on the register are always super friendly and knowledgeable about their stock and know exactly where everything is in the store and the blokes downstairs have excellent advice and product knowledge. The home section has lovely gift ideas, there is lots of parking the store layout is enticing. Store is always spotless as well. Well done!!
Got what I went for and had good service and direction and exercise up and down the staircase but still successful.

I love this Hardware store . They have gorgeous plants at a good price range. They have practical items and they have beautiful decorative pieces . The staff are down to earth and helpful.

Needed a Heavy Duty rake and was near a hardware store on the coast but decided to shop at our local mitre10 and was that a mistake. Came back to Beaudesert and had to deal with a rude lady in the garden section who would not price match the competitor for the exact same product. Have had good service from the boys in the downstairs hardware area but MULTIPLE times have had extremely poor customer service from the garden section. mighty helpful I think not. So much for trying to shop at my local Mitre10.
