Tom and the whole team at Beale Lawyers have been absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Throughout our whole property search journey Tom was always there to look over our contracts (even when we would send them last minute) and advise us on all the clauses that we didn't pick up on when reading the contracts. Usually exchanging contracts and going into the cooling off period is stressful but it wasn't with Beale Lawyers. They were always communicating with us and guiding us through each step and took the appropriate measures to make sure the exchange went smoothly.
