Beachwood are AMAZING - Simply put! We have just finished our second build with them and once again they live up to every word! We couldn’t be more happy with our home - from the girls at the office Whitney and Tara to our beautiful site supervisor Geoff they made the build process easy and simple!! I couldn’t recommend them enough and definitely in the years to come if we chose to build again we would be back! Thanks again Team at beachwood

If I could give 0 stars I would! Moved into a house built by Beachwood a year ago and have had nothing but problems since. Rattling roof caused by flashing not being bolted on properly, leaks in multiple parts of the house, a split system air conditioner which according to the man who came to look at it was “the worst installation he’d seen”. The after care is terrible (just fobbed us off saying not under warranty when it clearly is) and we’ve had to fix some of these issues out of our own pockets (almost 10000 worth) because it’s not worth the hassle contacting them.

Building a home with this company is a pleasure. Any questions are usually replied too on the same day if not the next day. Nothing was too much trouble and staff always friendly. Building a second home with them now after the excellent service on the first build. Can modify plans to suit your needs and inclusions are excellent.

I'll be building with them in the next 6 months or so. But, the experience I'd so far has been absolutely wonderful. The staff right from Chris, the sales consultant to Rebecca for general administration, Alison for colour selection and Caitlin for design have been so patient and helpful in providing us with right direction as FHB. I have never dealt with any other builder but still would recommend Beachwood. All my questions answered. More than a review, its my heartfelt thank you to the superb team who do their best.

My partner and I have had the most amazing experience working with Beachwood homes. I could not recommend them more highly. Simon and Courtney were our consultants and they were consummate professionals. We had been in discussions with other builders, including some that are considered the “best” but Simon and Courtney put them to shame. They were knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to make the house we are building our dream home. The value, transparency, and the assistance given made this process such a smooth and delightful experience. With sales experiences like this and the value that speaks for itself I could not understand why anyone would build with any company that isn’t Beachwood homes. If you are on the fence or shopping around and looking for the right builder for you, I honestly am completely convinced you need not look any further. Don’t just build a house with any builder, build a home with Beachwood. Whilst you’re at it, ask for Simon and Courtney, because I guarantee you would be hard pressed to find anyone who cared more about making your experience and home the best they could be.
