Great service! Ian came down and met us at the factory on a Sunday afternoon when most other places are closed. He cut me and my mum some glass for our window and was very helpful. He was happy to take the time to explain things to us. Would 100% recommend!!
Shocking customer service! I arranged for someone to come after 1pm on Wednesday to repair 1 pane of glass. At 4:30pm I called to chase up as no-one had showed and they said that they had been held up at a previous job. Fair enough but a phone call would have been nice. Rescheduled for the following morning at 8:30am with the understanding that I had to leave by 9:30. At 9:10 I called again and they said they were doing another job and the guy would be on his way. I decided to cancel the job as I had to leave and the guy didn't seem to care that he'd lost a customer. Was pretty rude and didn't apologise. Poor communication and don't appear to be at all reliable.
Do not do business with this company. Very shady and requested use to do work for them. Just refused to pay a bill for services provided and never paid the bill will no real reason. Just made up an excuses to not pay us.
Great service and prices , cut the glass we needed in under an hour.

I broke a window while mowing the lawn. I dropped in with the measurements and 15 minutes later I have the glass cut to size so I could install. Very easy and at a reasonable price.
