Shane did a great job in getting our sewer running again. It's worth saying we had two plumbers around before the blockage Doctor and both had resigned me to the fact the slab needed to be ripped up and have the pipe replaced. They didnt even have all the tools they needed. These guys really are the specialists. The Van's look great, they have all the gear, they're highly professional and bang on time.

My plumber contracted The Blockage Doctor to camera my stormwater drains to investigate why my stormwater was backing up underneath my house. Nick from TBD was professional and courteous. He did not mind me hovering around as he thoroughly explained what was going on with my drains and he finally diagnosed my problem correctly - where two previous mobs couldn't, and gave me the runaround. Nick emailed my plumber the camera footage, report and drainage map the same day before I had even paid the invoice! With this information, we were finally able to resolve my stormwater problem, before it started seriously damaging my house. Thank you TBD for providing, professional, honest service, which is actually very difficult to find these days.
