Visited twice this week as I was looking to buy concrete sleepers for my retaining wall in my front yard. Whilst I didn’t end up buying my sleepers from here (only due to finding a style elsewhere this was not stocked by Eastern Sleepers) I found the staff incredibly helpful, knowledgable and professional on both my visits. In fact this was the only place I visited that actually sold everything you need to fully complete the job! I was more than happy to return on Tuesday to purchase all of my accessories and tools (paint, primer, sealers, packers you name it they sell it!) due to the excellent service I received. Highly recommend chatting to the staff if you have any questions about how to build your own retaining walls.

We had a large retaining wall requirement. After much research; look, durability, quality and budget, we settled on the Ghan Sleeper in Charcoal. Eastern Sleepers staff are knowledgeable, helpful and definitely have a 5 star product and crew. We are impressed with the steel quality, the sleepers, meet our engineers requirements and we love the look (Australian Made). Works are still in progress but see pics.

Showroom guy although helpful seemed quite condescending. Concrete sleeper prices are on the high side compared to the same locally made Australian product/quality (2xN12/40Mpa) elsewhere. They cannot and do not mould or cut custom length sleepers like other places - only standard lengths available here.
Went down during the week needing a few bits and pieces for some work I'm doing at home... After speaking with Greg, I left with some great advice which helped with finishing my project. No question was a problem and look forward to popping down again to kick start the next project at home. Would recommend to everyone.
Couldn’t get a more helpful team to assist and work through the concerns I had. It was the first time I had built a retaining wall and I approached their store on a busy Saturday morning and they couldn’t have done anything more. They went through my poorly drawn design and assisted and sent me away with everything I needed with the confidence in completing the job - GREAT SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF AND GREAT PRODUCT. Highly recommended!!
